Increased time spent in diestrus; lack of corpora lutea and vaginal cornification at 4 weeks only

Low doses tested: 0.5 mg/kg bw/d

Other doses tested: 10 mg/kg bw/d

Route of administration: injected subcutaneously

Exposure duration: gestational day 15 – gestational day 18 (comparable to human prenatal development from approximately day 1 of week 7 to day 1 of week 11)

Age of measurement: from 4 to 16 weeks of age
